Deposits and Withdrawal

You can easily withdraw your balance at any time through the settings section. Our three withdrawal options are by: PayPal, Credit or Debit card, and Check. We will first return your balance to the method you used to deposit (either a card or PayPal). This is to ensure the protection of user information and prevent fraudulent activity.

We review withdrawals within 48 hours and the time it takes for you to receive your money depends on your withdrawal type:

Withdrawal Type Processing Time
PayPal 48 hours
Credit or Debit Card 3-5 days
eCheck 3-4 days

We process all withdrawals manually, so please allow 48 hours for PayPal withdrawals before reaching out to our support team. We appreciate your patience!

No problem. Please email to notify the team of this prior to withdrawing. If the email is not sent prior to withdrawing and a refund is issued before we receive the email, it is the responsibility of the user to recover the funds where they were refunded.

We first process your withdrawal by refunding your deposit method (paypal or credit card), then send any remaining balance via paypal or check. For example if you deposit $100 with a credit card and then withdraw $200, $100 will be refunded to your card and $100 will be sent to PayPal.

Please limit yourself to 5 withdrawals per month. More than that may be subject to a $5 charge per withdrawal.
