If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, help is available. Call (1-800-GAMBLER).
At DRAFT, we are committed to protecting our players. We recognize that sometimes people may not have all the resources necessary to be able to manage their play in a productive, responsible manner. Therefore, we offer proactive support that enables those users to take time away from DRAFT.
Please visit the Set Limits page to learn about account restrictions and self-exclusion.
If you believe that a member of your family is a problem gamer or is overspending please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
You may be able to exclude the DFS consumer(s) from participating in contests or to set deposit or loss limits. In order to process such requests, DRAFT will require the following proof: (1) that the requestor is jointly obligated on the credit or debit card associated with the DFS Consumer’s account; (2) proof of legal dependency of the DFS Consumer; (3) the existence of a court order requiring the DFS consumer to pay unmet child support obligations; and (4) any additional identifiable verification documentation validating the relationship between the requestor and DFS Consumer.
We consult with various organizations – such as the National Council for Problem Gambling (NCPG) and the National Center for Responsible Gaming - that cover a number of consumer protection issues to discuss our policies and ways in which they can remain aligned with the ever-evolving needs of our customer.
If you have additional concerns about managing your play on DRAFT or gaming anywhere else - or if you’re concerned about a friend or family member – NCPG offers support and counseling referrals that may help you through personal, gaming-related issues. The NCPG operates a 24-hour confidential toll-free helpline that you can reach by phone or text at 1-800-522-4700 or chat at ncpgambling.org/chat.
